Pastor Earnest Bogard III is married to his best friend and life long partner Keisha L. Bogard. Earnest has been a towering figure in two realms: ministry and the military. His compassion towards people and wanting to make an influence in the world led him to his calling in May of 2000 in Blytheville, Arkansas. Earnest is passionate and fervent about transforming his life in order to impact others with the love and grace of God. His desire to maximize his life in Christ has been a continuous journey.

In October 2002, at New Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, under the direction of senior Pastor Lawrence Echols Sr. in Blytheville, AR, Reverend Bogard preached his first sermon. The urge for action and personal accomplishment compelled Rev. Bogard to enlist in the U.S Army in 2003; there he deployed countless times in defense of the Global War on Terrorism receiving innumerable medals and decorations.

In 2004, Rev. Bogard became licensed and ordained and continued to pursue the call of God by attending Southern Bible Institute where he majored in Church Ministry with a minor in Pastoral Studies. Rev. Bogard has held numerous positions in ministry such as an evangelistic team member, feeding ministry Team member, a Bible Study Facilitator, a member of Partners in Training Ministry and an Executive Pastor. He is a preacher, teacher, mentor and servant, and the list persists to grow as Christ continues to mature in him.  In December 2018, Rev. Bogard Received a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.
